Visiting teacher Paul Jenkins, has been studying and teaching Buddhism for over 30 years and is the Resident Teacher of Tara KMC, Derby. He is well known for the clarity and warmth of his teachings, which can easily be taken to heart and put into practice in daily life.
The course consists of two 1 hour sessions with a 30 min break in between. Everyone is welcome.
