How can we develop a more positive outlook and let go of the negativity that so easily arises? Buddha teaches that problems arise only if we respond to problems with a negative state of mind. Therefore learning to respond to difficult situations with a positive and peaceful mind means we can begin to let go of our problems. Come along and begin to see how this is possible. This course is open to everyone.
