Cherishing others isn’t always easy. Although we may recognise how beneficial a good heart is, it is not always an easy response when we are faced with difficulties. Modern Buddhism shows us that we can all develop a good heart and be kind to both ourselves and others. In the second session, Gen Lhachog will explain how through engaging in the practice of Buddha Maitreya, we can benefit others as well as ourself. During the prayers, a guided meditation will be given. You do not need to have experience of meditation or Buddhism to attend this course. These sessions are open to everyone.
