We know that having a positive outlook makes our day and life run more smoothly. However being able to maintain a positive focus when we are challenged can be difficult. Over these three weeks we will use the wisdom of Buddha’s teachings to help us begin to change our attitude in daily life.

Suitable for beginners. As part of the theme on Staying Calm when Things Go Wrong, these popular classes offer an insight into how to cultivate positive and peaceful qualities that will be a reliable source of confidence and stability.
