On this half day course, we will be learning how to encourage ourselves for daily meditation, no matter how busy we may be. Reminding ourselves of the many benefits from meditation. Through combining everyday life and our meditation practice, our mind can be at peace even in the most challenging of circumstances. This course is open to everyone.
