Have you ever wondered what happiness is? We want to be happy but somehow we find ourselves caught up in trying to cope with daily life. Happiness can start to feel like something that comes in the evening, at the weekend, or on holiday, However even at those times we can find it difficult to relax and enjoy our free time.
In actuality, we don’t have to wait for happiness, we can make happiness part of our everyday experience. How can we do that? Buddha taught that the real source of happiness is inner peace. Through practising the meditations taught in modern Buddhism we can learn to rely upon a peaceful mind and begin to enjoy our daily life moment by moment.
Please be aware (unlike our other Saturday Half Day courses), this class will have 1 session (not the usual 2), and will be held between 10.30- 11.45am (not 10.30-1pm). This is due to the Pride Parade which is taking place from 12pm.
